Refund Timeline

• All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 30 days from the date of allotment.
• Refunds will be processed to the same account that the user has provided at the time of application.

100% Refund Guarantee

• If the allotment is not confirmed, a 100% refund will be issued without any deductions or charges.

Cancellation by Allottee

• If an allottee chooses to cancel their allotment, a cancellation charge of 25% of the registration amount may apply.
• If no response is received from the allottee regarding the cancellation, the refund process will commence after due diligence.
• Cancellation refunds will be processed within 45 days after verification.
• Refund Only Through NEFT/RTGS, DD or Cheque Only

Disputes

• Any disputes arising in relation to the terms of this refund policy shall be settled amicably through mutual discussion.
• In case of unresolved disputes, the aggrieved party may approach the adjudicating officer under the Real Estate Act.
• The courts at Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this policy.
